Location friendly staff

Location ambience safety and comfort was most important. The staff was very friendly and helpful specially thanks to Maryam guest services representative, the hospitality she provided us was excellent. My room was upgraded as a genius level 3 member at booking.com. Some sweet treats in our room were awesome. I will definitely visit again.

It was a great stay and definitely will recommend to friends and families.

The room is very spacious, clean and with updated decors. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The terrace is spacious with comfortable furnitures and great view. Front Desk and room service are very good and responsive.

The only improvement will be better management of pool side service and availability of lounge chairs - the service is quite slow and there seems never enough lounge chairs/bed. There are guests who simply use their personal items to “reserve” the lounge chairs for hours and not using them.
